At Empower, you will receive 45-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions focused on working collaboratively with your therapist toward your individual goals.

Empower is currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Self-pay rates are also available at $110 per visit. Clients may submit superbills to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement if we are not in-network with their plan. HSA and FSA funds may also be used for payment of services and copays.

Empower will begin accepting Medicare in June 2026.

The Bump Package
Prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor assessment and treatment program, including a birth planning session (partner welcome if desired): $260

Birth Planning Session
A 45-minute, one-on-one session with a birth doula designed to support informed and confident birth preparation. This session includes discussion of your birth plan, comfort strategies, positioning, and hands-on techniques to support you physically and emotionally during labor: $45

Birth/Labor Doula

Our birth doula services provide emotional, physical, and educational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. Services include one prenatal birth planning visit, continuous labor support (up to 15 hours), and one postpartum follow-up visit focused on recovery, education, and transition into parenthood: $950.
